Training

We want our members to be able to take full advantage of their Signature membership as soon as possible and we start training in their first week after joining. Training includes the Signature Travel Expert certificate course as well as webinar-based in-depth training to cover all of the Signature tools and benefits.

The Signature Travel Expert certification course is a core training program designed to provide advisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to fully leverage Signature’s unique benefits. The program was designed for experienced consultants as well as new-to-the-industry advisors and ICs. Advisors must complete fifteen training modules and pass certification testing.

Embark is Signature’s new-to-industry program that provides sales training including an online course, coaching webinars, and an in-person sales bootcamp seminar.

Educational events are offered annually, featuring preferred partners and destinations and focus on products, tools, and services available to assist advisors in their sales efforts.

Signature Travel Network offers both live and online training webinars from our training department, as well as directly from our preferred partners. We offer recurring monthly webinars covering new topics and Signature tools, as well as new introductions from our partners. Our preferred partners continually partner with us to bring product updates and relevant information to our members on a timely basis.

The network’s online learning portal offers members a vast array of resources for professional development for experienced travel advisors, independent consultants, owners, and managers, as well as those new to the industry. Resources include video-based online courses, pre-recorded webinars, how-to guides for Signature tools, and video tutorials.

Exclusive preferred partner familiarization trips, called Signature Educational Journeys, provide members with the opportunity to enrich their destination knowledge while building relationships with partners and hoteliers.
