If a situation arises that needs immediate attention, the administrative team is right there helping the consultants with resolution. I know that at any time, if I have a question or concern, I can call or email any member of the administrative team for guidance and support. All of the travel consultants on the CruisingCo.com team are willing to assist each other by brainstorming with marketing ideas, out of office coverage, and providing detailed knowledge of travel destinations to other consultants who may not be as familiar with a certain destination or travel supplier. There are amazing ways for all of the consultants to network together – we are all here to see each other succeed.

Overview
Since 1987, The Cruising Company, Etc. has operated a home-based leisure oriented travel agency, which has Independent Contractors working from their home offices across the country. CCE is a dominant seller of leisure travel with a multi-million-dollar sales volume. We provide a unique program of excellent training, communication and support, and an aggressive e-mail and direct mail marketing program to the Independent Contractor’s personal mailing list.
Independent Consultant Program Overview
At the end of the Cruising Company Etc. training program you will have the foundation essentials needed to launch your independent business assisting clients with their vacation plans. There is a great deal to learn in the travel industry, and this program does not attempt to make you an expert. Rather we will give you the foundation on which to build your business. Many people believe because they have successfully planned travel for themselves, friends and family, that they are ready to work as a travel consultant.
