Membership Criteria
Signature attracts the travel industry’s top retailers. At Signature, there are no annual membership fees and no contracts. To qualify for membership, agencies must meet the following criteria:
Sales Requirement:
- $2 million in annual Signature preferred supplier sales (cruise, tour, destination specialists, and insurance).
Meeting Attendance:
- Agency owner must attend at least one meeting annually.
- Agency must participate in the annual Signature Conference.
Technology & Marketing Integration:
- Members must sync their database with Signature via Signature’s web service.
- This can be done through a CRM with a Signature integration (e.g., Tern, Tres, VacationCRM, ClientBase) or via custom integration using Signature’s web service documentation.
Engagement:
- Active participation in Signature’s tools and programs.
Insurance & Memberships:
- Maintain annual general liability and errors & omissions insurance.
